The Mifflin County
Regional Police Department is seeking candidates for the purpose of
establishing an eligibility list in order to hire entry-level police
officers. Eligible candidates must possess the following
requirements in order to qualify for testing procedures:
1. You must be a citizen of the United States.
2. You must possess or be able to possess your Act 120 training
certification by June 1, 2008.
3. You must have a criminal history clear of convictions for any
misdemeanor or felony.
4. All applicants must sign a release of information form in order
that a background investigation can be conducted that would include
any previous employer and/or associate of the prospective candidate.
